Scheduling, Reminder & Cancellation Policies

At Stephano & Co. Salon and The Reverence Design Team, we see you looking at those watches and we hear you request
punctual service. Because time is of the essence for everyone, we have combined our efforts to schedule your appointments
to fit your desired image in consideration of your time. We also understand that the look and quality of the service must not
be compromised for speed. To accommodate you better, styles that are best suited for blow and go, longer hair styles,
roller sets, natural braiding, twist and loc styling will be referred to The Reverence Design Team. Signature cuts and styles
that require precision finished with perfection will be referred to Stephano & Co. Hair coloring, intricate foil placement,
make up application, manicuring and pedicure services are a combined effort of the entire company. We work together
as a team. We encourage and promote changing of stylists within our salon. Your advance cooperation is greatly appreciated.

a courtesy reminder call, 3 days prior to your scheduled appointment will be made to confirm your appointment. This allows
